Who is the Developer? 
Trig Group.

How many apartments are there in the building?
22 apartments.

When will construction commence?
We expect that the groundwork will commence
mid-2016.

What is the anticipated completion date?
We anticipate a completion date of mid-2017.

What will the sound rating between the apartment walls and floor be?
The sound rating will be consistent with building code requirements.

What warranties are in place?
You will get a warranty on your appliances and some of the materials used in the construction of your home. There will be a weather tightness warranty from the selected builder from date of practical completion.

Will the apartments be freehold?
Yes you will have a Fee Simple Strata Title.

Will there be visitor and/or disabled parking for the apartments?
Yes there will be.

Is there a body corporate and who will be managing it?
Yes, owners may elect to be voted on the Body Corporate committee.

Will there be lifts?
Internally located lifts will service the apartments.

Do all apartments have car parks?
Allocated parking is available by request, with at least one car park available to each apartment.

Do the apartments have an internal security system?
The building will be very secure. Access into the main lobby will be via swipe cards. The apartments will be wired for security systems, but installation will be the responsibility of and at the choice of each owner.

What appliances are provided?
Each apartment will be provided with a HOB, oven, extractor fan and a dishwasher.

Are the apartments wired for high speed broadband, internet and Sky TV connections?
Lakewood will be wired for broadband capability and will have connections in the apartment for
Sky/satellite TV and internet. Owners will be responsible for arranging connections with suppliers of these services.

What stamp duty is payable in New Zealand?
No stamp duty applies to New Zealand. 

What does the rest of the development comprise of?
Restaurants, food outlets, café/bar/retail, childcare, gym, medical centre and some office space.

How many car parks will be provided in the development? 
With over 200 carparks available onsite, Lakewood is well provisioned for parking.

Who will be holding my deposit?
All deposits paid will be held in trust on your behalf by Norris Wood McKinnon solicitors until settlement.

When will settlement take place?
Once the building has been completed and the final Code of Compliance Certificate and the Certificate of Title has been issued.

What happens if the project does not proceed?
If for any reason the project does not proceed your deposit will be refunded to you in full, inclusive of any interest.
